Mine lasted about 9 months. When it died, I recycled the mouth peice and end piece (the parts that connects to the hookah) and made a new vinyl hose I could have bought a new hose, but you can't beat a fully washable hose; especially when your girlfriend knows here way around a sewing machine and can make pretty nice hose covers Just wish it was more plyable, but I think a hot water soak should fix that the next time I wash it...
