Default Re: Syrian vs. Generic egyptian??

The term you use is very general, and all Syrian hookahs are not created equal, in any way. Al nawras have the same bore as KM hookahs, but they aren't as high quality as other types of syrians. Nours used to be great quality, but now I don't really see a point in owning one. High quality Ager syrians, not the ones produced by nakhla which are no better then a chinese rig, if you can even possibly find one, are extremely high quality, and some in the Ager line are even higher quality then rigs in the same brand.

Quality varies greatl between Syrian style hookahs, but what you should look for is one that is hand-made in Syria. Not the Machined ones, they suck.
