When you smoke I would suggest taking shallow draws remember to pause 30 seconds or so between draws. Slow, easy smoking doesn't make big clouds but it does use less shisha and helps you enjoy your smoking time more. I'd also suggest limiting your self to about an hour a day of smoking. Always smoke on a full stomach.
