The top part is small enough to throw a tray around with ease if you need to.

The price I find is a premium for getting a product that's American made by a small company. All the parts are custom for it, down to the rubber. The Witch for instance is hobbled together from existing hookahs and it really shows in the poor craftsmanship. IMO I'm willing to pay more for something to support a small company, espically when you can talk to the designers personally and your input goes toward improving their product.
