Re: How often and what effects??
well i have been smoking almost everyday for the past year, i dont really notice a big difference when i run. But i do bodybuilding and when i bench press heavy weights i cant do as many reps for some reason for example..i bench 160-170pds and i usually do 10 reps but recently i can only do 8 ..i dont know if its because of the shisha or the fact that i rarely do cardio cause im lazy lmao...is it bad for you ? yes it is..but i figure i only have 1 life..have fun lol..everyone dies sometime, if u lose 2-3 years cause of hookah..at least you enjoyed your life haha .
