Keep smoking 3 bowl/day without staying in some kind of shape and l think you'll have trouble going much further...
its wasnt really meant to be a harsh comment, the curse of text vs spoken word.
i walk around a lot, all my classes i am active in for the most part ( studio art classes so im walking all around a metal studio back and forth and glass blowing so its constant sit stand sit stand walk around back and forth etc)
i need to start working out but i just dont have the time right now and i am at least moving a decent amount compared to most peoples general day
