Just a tip when sending to canada
It's more important for a vendor to keep their business with you than to be honest with the customs of whatever country they're shipping to. However, the penalties will be of great importance for the store if they get caught in the act.
Just take Hookah Company for example. They stopped shipping to Canada a while ago because of trouble with the customs.
