normally fed-ex doesn't leave a package unless you leave a note on the door. and if you left a note and it was raining then thats just sucks. ******* hookah coals are made from coconut shells, and there the best for re-using. just let them dry and they should be good. from my experience with coconut shell coals you can use then on a bowl, and if there still burning when your done, then just put them in water to put them out then dry them out. once there dry again there good to re-use and finish. i love coconut coals
