my setup is :
small ceramic bowl, HD Foil w/large holes (toothpick), 2 coconaras + windcover
coals are placed in the middle to heat it up, them I move them to the outside edges
small phunnel, HD Foil w/large 3 ring around holes (toothpick), 3 coconaras no cover
coals are placed along the edges with about 1mm of the coal end sticking off the bowl on the sides
I use the phunnel for mandarin flavor and my small ceramic for all other naklah
Tangiers - Pear, Orange Soda
Nakhla - Double Apple
