Default royal oak natural charcoal?

alright, so i should know this by now.
we all know that bbq charcoal will kill you if you use it to smoke hookah.
but what about this stuff?

there's a carbon monoxide warning on the top of the bag, but you know; if you've seen the thread about exoticas vs. coconaras, exoticas give off a lot of CO when lighting.
plus there's natural orangewood and lemonwood charcoal that is safe for use as hookah charcoal. anyone know specifically?

the only reason i'm asking is that i want to know if it's safe.
even if it is safe, i'm not gonna try it.
