Default Improve Youtube Vid Quality

When embedding or linking to videos, it is possible to control the quality desired by appending either of these parameters to the end of a YouTube video URL:

* &fmt=1 for normal quality video (also on by default)
* &fmt=18 for high quality video (works with anything under 720p)
* &fmt=22 or &hd=1 for HD video (for vids recorded in 720p +)

Enhanced High Quality Mode @ 640x480:

HD Quality Mode for vidoes recorded @ 720p +:
Unfortunatley, my cam doesn record HD, but here is an example:

*** Note: You cannot make a regular video into 720p HD mode by putting &hd=1 at the end of the url. Youtube will automatically put it back into normal mode. But remember you can still add the &fmt=18 to increase the quality.

*** There is a difference between High Quality (HQ) and High Definition (HD)
