I don't know how that would taste. I am a big fan of tea and this sounds like an interesting endeavor. Chilled tea that has been brewed hot often has too much of the mouth drying quality that some people seek and some people avoid. I may have to get my hands on a good amount of earl gray leaves now and see what i can come up with considering summer is coming up.
