you might just be thirsty. sometimes it's hard to differentiate the signals your body is sending. with all seriousness, sometimes people think they're really hungry, like starving, when they're really moderately dehidrated. try drinking a couple glases of water. the worst thing that can ahppen is that your body rehydrates, OH NO!! not that, ANYTHING BUT THAT!
seriously though, i learned this from my doctor. and plus nicotine will speed up the dehydration process.
