That's not what I was getting at. The density of the food coloring is thicker than water. But like I had hinted on, different materials burn different smoke(though not exactly healthy to smoke); But, you could try at your own volition to use food coloring to change the smoke... Skeptical. Haha, but it's nice to dream. If you want people to believe you're smoking different colors lodge fine colored dust in your cheek, inhale hookah, then blow out dust with smoke. Circuses use that effect a lot, and theatrical arts.
