. Unfortunately, I did not have the glycerin so I used honey and molasses and it served me quite well. I believe had I had the glycerin, the experience would have been even more enjoyable, but like I say, with patience you don't have to have glycerin to restore it. I think you can benefit greatly with the glycerin however because it will moisten and bring the life back to dry tobacco...I have no experience with it so I really can't comment on there.
