But back on topic, I'd also be concerned about the oil/grease in the cheese when it melts. Theres a lot of potential for things to go wrong there... I'd do what PL suggested and line the funnel with foil to make clean up easy when things go wrong. If anything were going to be successful I think the Kraft mac n' cheese powder would be it, but I'll let you do this before I contemplate this mad science.
