Re: when to use honey vs glycerine?
Nakhla mostly uses molasses and a little glycerin DM they revive with molasses and glycerin think Hajo posted the mix somewhere most of the US made tobaccos uses honey and glycerin so preferebly try and use what was used originaly to revive the tobacco otherwise you will have a clash between the wetting agents. Glycerin is used to cook the tobacco evenly and provides the clouds whereas the Molasses/Honey provides the flavor as mentioned in an earlier post if both molasses and glycerin is used make sure it is in eaqual parts and rub it into the tobacco then leave the tobacco so it can suck up the lost moisture before smoking. Quater teaspoon of each I think If I remember correctlyshould do it to revive the tobacco. If to much is used you will end up with a drippy mess the cakes on in the bowl.
