Have you read up on good habits to battle insomnia? No caffeine after noonish, maybe work out during the day, don't stay in bed.
Not staying in your bed is important actually, your body kind of associates that bed = sleep if you don't read or just rest in it. (I've heard this from several doctors too.)
Oh and I just noticed that you said you drank some wine. Alcohol really is bad for insomniacs as well. If you're having a difficult time sleeping avoid alcohol.
