I wouldnt be so quick to change brands because of this batch. sorry to hear that you got some bad ones (your explanation about fractures in some of them makes sense to me, given the circumstance) but I know that John is an upright guy and an extremely loyal vendor. Let him know if you have a bad batch, and he will toss a replacement box your way I'm sure. I really like these coals, so if its just a bad box, never hesitate to let John know.
