well i smoke mostly nakhla, but just incase you should take it slowly the first few times. dont chain smoke, take your time, drink some water and dont smoke on an empty stomach. Ive been smoking for years but there have been a few times where ive smoked way too much too quickly without eating etc, and it can make you a bit queezy.
people also complain about headaches/buzzin if they are new to nakhla, jsut take it easy.
you may want to start of on some el bahsa line, as its a light version if you realy concerned. maybe a bowl of el basha grape with a bit of mint. yum!! but i wuldnt worry just go for it!!
