I actually did the exact same thing you did, with the exact same hookah. Disappointing little pieces of crap, huh?
I probably talked with the same guy, and he called me to confirm he got the hookah back and was issuing a refund. If I ever need to buy a new stem, I'm going straight to them if they have what i want.
