Surprisingly I have had that happen more than once with UPS. It is ALWAYS UPS fault. I recheck the info I put, I call the company and check the info with them. I then call UPS three times and get the run around by them. Finally you get a knowledgeable person that admits it is their fault. Package arrives and you finally see it was there fault. Luckily you will still get it on time, I always get mine late when that happens.
Anyways, glad you got it straightened out. Hopefully this is your last time having this problem.
