I have some. They do not work very well. They are very large needing to be broken up which is not easy adn very messy. They smoke and smell when lighting, but that goes away once fully lit. They impart a bit of aftertaste, not horrible but noticeable.

They DO NOT give off any more carbon monoxide than regular hookah coals. (according to my CO monitor)

Big problem with them is they don't give off enough heat. I believe this is because they aren't compressed as densely as say a CH or Coconara. I will post a close up picture of one in a few minutes.
