Right before John came out with the CH coals I had made a post regarding bulk coconut coals and my attempts to get samples. He just told me to wait a bit longer because I had hit on something major with some points I had made. Boy was he right. They are cheap and pretty clean but it is true that they are light and do not burn as hot. When dealing with a lot of bulk reformed coals you are dealing with varied consistency and density.
