I am not so sure of making you drunk, I mean you are not vaporizing the booze, a good way to test to see if it does, is measure an exact amount into your base, then measure when you are done and see if a substantial amount of liquid is missing, then one knows they are absorbing the alcohol.
i think u get drunk a little as when the smoke touch the liquid is still hot and get cold really fast.. so this will make vaporise a little
