I think this is defiantly true. The first time you go to a bar will make or break your opinion of them. Unfortunately it seems like places will be harder to come by as the years go by and anti-smoking legislation and scare tactics continue. Especially since a lot of states have laws that regulate how these establishments price their services,such as the 2/3rds rule that I've heard of that says in order for hookah bars to have a liquor license 2/3 of the profit has to be from the sale of tobacco which causes some of the pricing problems that keep me away from them.
