I like Bourdain but I find Andrew Zimmer's Bizzare World to be more entertaining. Bourdain gives you a look at common sights, things to do, and some insider places to go see, but mostly all tourist stuff.
In Bizarre world, you see some of the cultural aspects of a culture, mostly the ones that we in the West would find bizarre. It goes from food to customs to places to see to religions and pretty much anything.
I watch them both though, they're quite entertaining.
