Indian huqqas very all over the place in terms of quality but they are rarely exported. India has literally a hundred or brands of moassel/jurak/tombac and what little I have had is typically better then what can be had in the U.S. market. I am huge fan of DM and Afzal makes several good flavours as well. I hate Soex and I regret to say that pretty much everything else in India that I have any experience with isn't imported.
