ahhh I wouldn't recommend a rotator. I've been hearing that some of the leak water and that the bearings under it rusts very is also very hard to change the water level.

If you want a good and durable hookah, I suggest an Egyptian IMO, they are one of the best and nicest hookahs out there.

If you have the money, get a Khalil Maamoon (they are pretty pricey) has some really nice egyptians...You should check them out! has some good ones too! But, he is moving into a new warehouse so his site won't be up until later sometimes this month.
