So I went to the flea market in Jaffa yesterday and bought myself a nice little hookah. I wanted to buy a genuine handmade Egyptian, as we don't usually have KMs here.
But what I got surprised me. After cleaning it out and washing it, I packed a bowl of Nakhla Sweet Melon in my new Egyptian bowl and smoked it. The pull is REALLY easy, and I had to add more coal than I usually have (I have 3 Chinese generics).
I got great smoke and great flavor.
I was just wondering if this is a KM, and if so, what kind? It has the KM logo (I'm pretty sure) on the tray:

The vase probably isn't a KM vase, but I'm not complaining. The stem looks like it's made from stainless steel and is very sturdy, has a nice weight to it.
The downstem is part of the stem, it can't be removed, and it has two holes at the bottom (instead of the 4 I'm used to). About 20" (50.8 cm) in length (without the vase).
