Great post. Good functional description of the effects of dehydration and CO2 poisoning. Of course, like someone did mention, CO is also present whenever carbon based material is burned, so it does factor in as well. And CO will displace O2 in the bloodstream, creating a lack of O2 for a longer period than CO2. Your body exchanges CO2 for O2 more readily than it does CO. Smoke happy.
