This evening I mixed Nakhla mizo white grape with a hint of mint. In the vase I used red wine mixed with ice. Two natural coals and a wind cover. With heat management the flavour was excellent. The wine taste of the smoke was sooo good with a nice cool after taste. I' am not a big fan for huge clouds of smoke. I do enjoy intense flavour. The buzz was a bonus.
