Maybe. It depends on the epoxy. For the most part you should be fine. Check the curing time on the epoxy (not the drying time) and at least double it and wash it thoroughly with water. Draw through it and as long as you don't taste the epoxy at all it should be good. Again, this depends on the epoxy. Mind posting the type and brand?

The best thing to use in this situation (for future breaks) is cyanoacrylate A.K.A superglue. It's an acrylic glue and will seal nicely so long as the break is clean.
