So I got 4 250g boxes of Nakhla a bit ago on clearance, and it has been okay. I just got a box of Nakhla Mint from a little middle eastern place around the corner, which I would expect to be a little old. I put them side by side, and the stuff from the little shop looks, I guess more fresh? If I were to try and recondition the clearance stuff, what should I use. I have some molasses on hand, but I think it's too dark (it is unsulfured). Maybe honey? Some pics to compare them, the stuff on the right is what I think may need reconditioning.
