Possibly habitually addicted but most likely not chemically. If you start to notice any change in physical activity or breathing/ feeling like you have a cold.. then cut back... If not.. you are probably fine.. Some people smoke once a week.. some people smoke every day. Most of us can go a month without smoking.. i have done if before just because i didn't feel like doing it.
Yeah I guess youre right. Nah my breathings fine, I go to the gym and stuff and it doesnt interfere so thats good. When I used to smoke cigarettes I did notice a breathing difference though. And theyve made me sick. Ive just noticed I sneeze often.. Idk what that means.
