Default Saraha Smoke impresses and I havent even got my samples!

Just wanted to share my awe with you guys,

I sent a pm to SSC last week and i was probably a bit confusing with them :/ so i called SSC today and checked to make sure everything was all set.

I spoke to someone who took down my name and number and said that the guy in charge was supposed to get in a 2PM and that he'd get the info to him and he'd send me the tracking number, or if there was a problem he'd call me and help straighten it out.

Its crazy that I havent even gotten my samples and ill already impressed with them.

One phone call to customer support is all it takes to make or break a vendor in my opinion, and he was great! He wasnt the overly proffesional "reading out of a book" guy either. Real down to earth and was just like" yea he should get back to you, either by PM or phone, soon and he'll make sure you get what you need."

Personally, talking to a human robot is so annoying and SSC went above and beyond in the helpfulness factor.
