Most aromatic pipe tobaccos have sugars added that you're going to need to remove by rinsing first.
After that, you're going to want to cut it, I suggest getting some soaked tombac for this.
Cut it together with your tombac and add molasses until you get a moassel texture.
Bake it in the oven at about 175. 90 minutes should do it.
Add some more molasses, not too much, and a bit of glycerine if you want to. You'll have something pretty close to moassel.
