Honey is great if you've got delicate flavors that molasses may overpower. It sucks because honey-based tobacco (Called tobamel) is harder than hell to scrape out of a bowl when you're done. I recommend a screwdriver.
Glycerine is nice but unneccesary. It helps with the clouds and can make your tobacco a little more heat tolerant, but I've made tobaccos without it and it works fine.
I suggested it for that reason. I also use it to preserve DM.
