Well recently I had some cigars that tasted like crap, didn't burn evenly and just plain sucked that I got from Thompson 's which is hardly a high end company. I called them up, complained and the woman said "well as long as you smoked 12 or less out the box (of 25) i'll send you an RMA and once we get them you can get either a refund, credit or exchange for another box."
I got some Al Waha honey recently from The Hookah Company which I thought was crap and called George up who said "no problem, i'll get you another package sent out today."
That is how how you deal with customers. Saying "My stuff is the best quality but if you don't like it tough luck" like OPD did is not the way to go.
ya thompsons really sucks. They've always sent me dried cigars that end up tasting horrific. I now deal with mostly cigars international, they're quick on shipping and have a larger selection.
