people will tell you it effects the smoke. But the amount of hoses in no way affects the density of your smoke. That's just stupid.
What in fact DOES affect the smoke density (aside from coals, heat management, the tobacco you use) is the type of chamber you have, and whether the chamber has a plate with holes in it. Also, if your smoking buddies aren't plugging and you have no Auto-Seal, then that'll affect it, but duh.
Common Chambers will never smoke as well as Traditional Chambers; and when the smoke has to pass through a plate with tiny holes in it leading to the common chamber the flow is constricted even more, so you have a tighter pull and relatively less smoke.
