I'll back up the advice you've already been given.
I would also advise against buying the cheapest thing you can find. Stick to a KM, MZ, Mya, or some other well-regarded hookah. A good hookah will ensure that you have the best possible experience and the most fun. Properly taken care of, it'll last you years, and any cost of the hookah will be overshadowed by what you spend on shisha and coals.
