I finally heard from him today after 3 weeks of calling. He blamed the tardiness of sending me the parts that were missing from my original package on the shipping company. The customer service has gotten awful and I know the problem is with him and not UPS. Even his secretary told me today that she hadn't seen Bilal and she was gonna talkj to the supervisor cause I've called so many times. It's a shame when you can't even send out orders atleast one day a week. Maybe its time he closed his online business and start putting his effort into something else. It's gonna be hard for me to ever order something from him again. It's just not a good experience trying to track him down.
