anything alcohol based has a very complicated flavour profile do to the use of grains, cereals, acids from mashing, hops and very complicated chemistry. If it is possible to add such a flavour into shisha it would take someone with far more knowledge of food and tobacco chemistry then anyone I know. Stick with something simple.
