Some people have lower nicotine tolerances than other people. When you go to smoke make sure you have something to snack on and perhaps some water or tea to drink. Don't take huge pulls either. Take some long slow easy pulls. Wait about 30 seconds in between pulls. See if these things help. It is all about pacing yourself when it comes to nicotine. It will mess you up if you get too much, too fast.
