If your used to AF, Nakhla (El Basha is a version/subname of) will be alittle "harsher" smoke. It has less moisture and needs more heat, has a killer buzz if you're not expecting it either, but has awesome flavor and can smoke like a chimney.

I recommend using a windcover and either 1 QL (or 1/2 stick Exotica, 2 coco's) on the edge and only move it ever 20-25 min, if that. If you taste harshness - move the coal and maybe keep the windcover off for a few.
