Default Shisha stiking to foil

I have a question mates. Often when im done smoking a bowl, i notice that some of the tobacco is stuck to the foil. So i was wondering, does it even matter? Because the smoke does not seem harsh. And if it is important to prevent this, how would i do so. because i do not overpack my bowls, in fact i usually keep them light.

Also when my coals go out, which usually takes about 30-40 min. I lift up the foil and only the top layer of tobacco is roasted. So when my coals are done should i just throw more straight on. Or should i mix up the bowl to get the fresh tobacco on top.

Im a bit new to to this so your help is apreciated.
