I would try to persuade them to not do it. You can always use the threat of reporting, though reports from a competitor may not be taken seriously. Alerting that business that there is a problem is a friendlier way to handle it. It gives the other lounge a chance to get onboard and save face without involving the law, media, etc. 8) Also less likely to result in false reporting on your business, if you catch my drift.
