Mende you sound like you haven't even tried smoking it yet. There's two parts of the tobacco you find in your shisha. Leaves and stems. I am positive your shisha is not 100% stems. The leaves can be stuck together in balls just as with any shisha because of the way it's packaged tightly.
Nakhla's supposed to be dry. Been that way for years. Just cause it's not like AF etc doesn't mean it's bad shisha. Pick out the stems, there's not that many i'm sure, smoke and enjoy. If it's too dry due to being old or leaving it out, a few spoonfuls of glycerin or honey's all it takes. Anyone who can manage their heat can get great smoke with dry shisha.
