Will a Heba Diffuser fit a Mya Petite?

I'm looking to buy my first hookah. I wanted something compact that smoked great. So my question is: Will a Heba Diffuser fit on a Mya Petite? Also are there any plastic pieces on the Mya Petite? I know some of the cheaper hookahs have plastic pieces.

If you want an MYA check out the QT its a little more pricey but it will smoke amazingly. There are two sizes of diffuser but I personally don't find it necessarily unless the bubbling really bothers you.

Yeah I've checked out the QT and I do like it better, but people say that the QT and the Petite smoke very similar. The Heba Diffuser is just to keep the bubbling to a minimum to avoid getting water in the hose because of the small size of the base. But if anyone knows if a Heba will fit on a Petite, or if the Petite has any plastic parts as some cheap hookahs do, please reply.

you can make one out of a film canister. im not exactly sure how. but i saw that someone did it and put it in the "homemade hookah stuff" forum. pretty cool. not sure if it will work in the Mya Petite. mine should get here today. let me know. no harm in trying and/or asking!

FilipinoFresh...I used to own a Mya Petite...there are no plastic parts whatsoever. Solid metal. As for the Heba Diffuser...I made my own diffuser, and it didn't keep water from getting into the hose. =/ ....the petite takes skill to keep water out of the hose, so I would HIGHLY recommend using only washable hoses with it if you buy it. Don't get me wrong, the Petite smokes GREAT, it just takes a little practice to get the water level right.

Personally, I would look at something a little bigger, such as the Mya vento, mono, QT, or mini. They are all small enough to be good desk hookahs and are not too expensive.

the small diffuser should fit, as long as the opening in the base is big enough. If it has a narrow neck then it wont fit down it

The Heba diffuser comes in two sizes...the small size will pretty much fit any hookah. It's very snug on the stem. I use the small one as well just because the big one didn't fit in my vase.
So you should be fine.

If the stem has a dome shaped thing on the bottom not to worry! Simple drop the diffuser in hot water and make 4 symmetrical incisions on the inner circle where the stem fits. It'll be a tight fit and will require some effort but it works very well

Since the Heba Diffuser come with 2 sizes in the same box, the smaller one fits. I use it all the time on my Petite.

you guys must be doing something wrong, I never got water in the hose smoking my petite

They are probably either filling the base up too much or trying to act like a black hole while pulling.
