I ordered 2- 50 g boxes of Fantasia on 1/26 got confirmation e mail with tracking # later the same day. Package arrived today 1/29 by 1st class mail. I got exactly what I ordered, the order was undamaged, and it got here quickly. Also the shipping charge was almost exactly the same as the actually cost of shipping! Good job not gouging the customer with excessive shipping charges. 10/10

I ordered 10, 50g boxes of shisha, cleaning brushes, 3 head hookah bowl(useless so i have been told lol), Box of 100 three kings charcoals, and a 22" 2 hose hookah. The ordering went well no problems at all. The shipping for me was free because I ordered over $100 so that was a plus. Packaged to from 2/7 to 2/13 (6 days) to process and ship to my house in Orlando. very good ship times. When I opened it nothing was broken at all, packed very very well. Only complaint I have was that the paint on my hookah was a little worn down on the side it was laying on from the vibrations of the truck it rode on. The brush for the stem still had a good amount of medel wire hanging from the top, easy fix tho just some tin snips and cut it off and its fine. The other complaint I have (but not at the fault of texas hookah, rather the fault of fantasia is that only one box of shisha was acually 50 grams the others ranged between 42 to 48 which is not alot to be off by but it was short. As for the shisha itself all was good, no holes in bags so no leaks of juices all over the place

Texas hookah

I placed an order on Friday, March 28th, for a box of Exoticas, Fantasia triple apple, and Fantasia peach fuzzy navel (50g boxes), Prioority shipping (cost 10 cents less than normal to Oklahoma) only cost $15.27. Payed via paypal the same day. Got an email confirming my order and such. They didnt send my package out until Monday, March 31, and got here today (Wednesday, April 2)


Great prices, fast shipping, I Have yet to try the shisha or coals so i cant say much about the product except it smells amazing.
The website was set up nicely and easy to navigate.

I can easily see my self doing business with them again in the near future.

my order from texas hookah:

250g AF golden grape, 250g AF Mint, 50g AF watermelon.

i placed the order at about 12pm on friday April 25. at exactly 12:20 pm they call saying they're out of both the 250's i wanted and offered to change the flavors for me. i switched it to: 250g AF grape, 250g AF Vanilla, i kept the watermelon and to compensate the price difference between golden grape and regular they threw in another 50g of my choice, i got strawberry.

so customer service as AMAZING. they wasted NO time informing me that they couldn't fill my order and fixed it accordingly.

i recieved my order on monday the 28th. very fast shipping.

buuut the tub of AF grape i got smelled like ketchup (i knew there was a chance i'd get an infamous bad batch but i took the risk)

so i called them up to see if there was anyway i could get a newer batch or if they had any tips to fix it or something. they couldn't, but offered to give me a 250g of any AF flavor for half price next time i place an order with them. yet again, excellent customer service.

overall experience: 10/10. i haven't had customer service that was so satisfactory....ever. great job TexasHookah! i'll definately order from them again

I've ordered a 23" mya acrylic, AF honey, AF Grape, AF Eskr. Apple, exotica coals, some fantasia and other odds n ends from TexasHookah. Always a pleasure doing business with Nimesh. Very prompt replies and he will fix any problems lightning fast. I got my Mya acrylic at a VERY good price but when it got here i quickly discovered that there was a leak underneath the base. About 20 minutes into the session the water level sank down past the downstem. I was like %$@#*!! Anyways I contacted Nimesh and he said that we could do an exchange in bases but all he had was the green base left. Told him i didnt like the green so he ordered me a new black base. I fixed the base that had the leak with some waterproof sealant and have had no problems since. I also ordered a matching hose so that I can turn the Mya into a 2 hose and I just got that in the mail the other day. Only problem is it didnt match. It was a foot shorter, a different material and not wood handled as the other was. I liked the hose he sent nonetheless and decided to keep the hose and give it another go round. I contacted him and told him that he had sent the wrong hose but I was willing to keep the one he sent and still purchase the matching hose. He replied with a quickness and told me that he was really sorry for all of the mix up. That he had got the hose from an identical mya but mya did not use the same hose for all of them. So he told me that he would send the hose i wanted free of charge along with the replacement base. Freakin awesome! If TexasHookah had more inventory i would definitely be ordering all of my stuff from them. They simply don't carry enough shisha. Not enough hookahs either. But if you ask Nimesh he could probably get you most of what you want. Just easier to go straight to another source. Another plus to texashookah is that i can go make a pickup if i want to drive about 30-40 minutes to get it. I've done it a few times but I'd much rather have him ship and pickup the big orders. Anyways. Customer service is like no other. Always very prompt replies to emails. I VERY HIGHLY recommend texashookah.

I ordered on May 13 (in the afternoon) a small phunnel. In a couple hours, I had an email reply of the order confirmation. On May 14, I had an email of a tracking #. A few hours later I received a second confirmation of it being shipped out. May 19, my new phunnel arrived on my doorstep. It was bubble wrapped and box had plenty of peanuts.

Maybe I'm impatient, but it seemed a long time for a box to travel from Texas to NJ (but that's not TexasHookah's Fault).

For the first time I used Texas Hookah and it was quite worth it. Ordering 1 Razan hose, 4 tubs of Fantasia, 100gr of Zona, two shisha jars and two boxes of coals. Everything was packed very securely and with no leaks. As in the pic below everything was in good order. An outstanding job Texas Hookah! 10 of 10 on this one.

I ordered 100 grams of Epic Peppermint, Fumari Melon, and 100 g of Sb Watermelon on Jan 1.
My package was sent out Jan 2, the next day.

It is January 5 now, I just received my package! That's 3 days OVER THE WEEKEND. That is damn fast.

I made my first order from texashookah over a year ago and like the other before me my experience was great.

However more recently I visited there store front down here in houston and the customer service I got was awesome! I bought a new hookah, two 50g's of fantasia, and a chinese funnel bowl. They even gave me my hookahpro discount. I think I spent just under $100 which was awesome!

I'll be doing regular business.

Ordered from them the first time a while ago but I'll tell you what I remember. Ordered 3 50g boxes of Fantasia. I received a phone call later that day that they did not have Fantasia Pink Lemonade, they said they were sorry for the inconvenience and through in 100g Epic Smoke (Zona) pink lemonade for free. Transaction and delivery was fast.

Ordered more fantasia from them and it was the same way. Fast delivery and smooth transaction once again. 10/10 to Texas Hookah.

As promised, it shipped out on monday and got to my doorstep on weds. Everything I ordered was in perfect/fresh condition. I only ordered 250g of AF and a nammor hose. Loving it all! Fast, cheap shipping. Overall amazing pricing and the discount code! If I would have bought this stuff from my local smoke shop it would have been 10$ more (including the price of shipping wtf)

Thought I would post a review on how awesome this place is.

Stopped yesterday on the way to visit family for Christmas Eve dinner. Knew I had family coming in and wanted to make sure I got a variety of tobacco. Picked up:

JM's Smore
JM's Blue Rain
Hydro Herbal, Coffee, Banana, and Wildberry
Starbuzz Cotton Candy, for the wife. Will taste this once but it smells HORRIBLE!

While I was checking out I was asked if I only liked these or other flavors. I told him that I like Tangiers and Nakhla. He threw in a free 50g box of Nakhla and said Merry Christmas. Awesome place and awesome customer service.

Somewhat understandable, but the store front's prices are excessive. Great customer service, and a nice establishment. $12 for a ceramic bowl and $27 for a phunnel is a bit much for someone who knows the value of what he is buying.

I actually live close by to their actual store here in houston. They are the nicest people ever. Family owned and operated. The guy who owns this gave me a 10% discount and threw in some free shisha, not to mention the priceless advice and time spent by him giving me tips and tricks of shisha. Would definely recommend to any one. Love their store...(Heaven on earth) just bc you get to see all the hookahs in person..beautiful pieces they have...

Want to give a little shout out for Texashookah.com ... being in Hawaii I am very heavily affected by shipping prices and often see vendors charging premiums to ship here (unnecessarily, but that's another story).

I ordered some coco-tips from texashookah and the transaction could not have gone smoother! First of all they are the only retailer I found that sells the tips bulk, so you can get different lot sizes from a few to hundreds. Second, they ship USPS FIRST CLASS when possible! I can't underscore enough what a rarity that is in the mail order business today. That means that you can get small items (small accessories, tips, shisha 100g and under) for 3-4 bucks shipping. Very convenient, and Texashookah shipped fast to boot.

Perfect, though admittedly small, experience.
